The free dental plan will provide a percent discount of the participating
General Dentists and Specialists normal fees (UCR).
In order to get the discounts at the participating dentists listed on the
freedentalplans.com site, simply complete the free enrollment process and print
your membership card. You can then schedule an appointment with any of the
participating dentists. Be sure to have your membership card with you when you
see the dentist.

providers on this site. These highly qualified dental professionals have
agreed to make the plan available free to the public as a way to improve
everyone's access to quality dental care.
How long does it take to become a plan member?
Usually less than 5 minutes. The enrollment process is extremely simple and does
not require credit card or banking information. Once you have completed the enrollment
application, you will have access to your password-protected member area. You will find a
link to your membership card there.
